Sometimes it amazes me that people can be so cruel. Verbally cutting into someone who has done nothing other than to be extremely caring and bare their heart to you is absolutely despicable. If you feel they are being too forward you can simply tell them. You needn't attempt to eviscerate them with your callous words.
To hear the anguish in his voice, to feel it in his energy is soul rending. I desperately wish there was something more I could do for him other than listen. I cannot wait for us to be physically closer so I have the ability, the opportunity to actually go to him and offer comfort.

I find my distaste for the majority of humanity growing constantly.

You would be surprised how cruel people could be while using the heart as a game. I find the norm these days when having couples who find it funny to play together.
